Hey Mama, Ash here thanks for stopping by.

Here's a little more about me and why I am so passionate about simplifying health for Mamas around the world.

I’m a Holistic Trainer and stay at home mom of 2 boys, and I look and feel the best I’ve ever looked and felt.

I gained and lost 30 pounds after my first pregnancy, and 40 after the second and have kept it off and then some for 3 years and counting.

I dealt with daily chronic pain, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis in both feet, had countless surgeries and more injuries, broken bones, sprains, strains, and muscle pulls than I care to admit. Today in my mid 30's after 2 kids I live pain free.

I had 2 near death experiences. One that dropped my weight to 88lbs and landed me with an emergency gall bladder removal surgery at 19. However, I was left with more health scares and trouble after. I healed myself by myself [and the help of my husband]

How?

Pattens, Behavior Change and Habit Formation. 

Weight loss, pain relief and health in general all boils down to your habits. 

That's why my approach to health is different, it's backed by science abd it's PERMANENT. 

I help you see your patterns, change your behaviors, and shift your habits in order to create overall health that fits your preferences, schedule and the unpredictability of mom life.

 I'm a Certified Trainer, and Yoga Tune Up® Instructor, a Registered Functional Yoga Teacher, a Neurosensory Specialist with a background in FRC®, FRA®, RMM®, & GMB®. I worked as a Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Assistant and have a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences [Scroll to the bottom for full list of certifications]  

I'm Foot nerd, married to my best friend, and truly believe Laughter and Movement are the best medicine.

I love doing handstands and you'll usually find me blasting music and dancing like a maniac. 

I’ve been in the rehab/health and fitness industry for over 13 years.

From teaching fitness with group exercise classes, pain relief and recovery, functional yoga, 1:1 personal training work, foot health, active mobility and joint strength, deep core and breath work to sports injury rehab and prenatal prep.

I’ve worked with and helped moms from all walks of life with all kinds of pains, conditions and goals.

The cool thing about science is it's every changing. Which means I'm a forever student always bringing you the most up to date info when it comes to your habits around health.
