Here's a little more about me and why I am so passionate about helping Mamas change their health habits to change their lives. 

I’m a stay at home mom of 2 boys, and I look and feel the best I’ve ever looked and felt.

I gained and lost 30 pounds after my first pregnancy, and 40 after the second and have kept it off and them some for 3 years and counting. How?

Changing my habits.

Weight loss and health in general all boils down to your habits.

My mission is to help you see your habits, change your habits to create life long sustainable weight loss and overall health to fit your chaotic mom life.

 I'm a Certified Trainer, and Yoga Tune Up® Instructor, a Registered Functional Yoga Teacher, a Neurosensory Specialist with a background in FRC®, FRA®, RMM®, & GMB®. I worked as a Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Assistant and have a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences [Scroll to the bottom for full list of certifications]  

I'm Foot nerd, Married to my best friend, and truly believe Laughter and Movement are the best medicine.

I love doing handstands and you'll usually find me blasting music and dancing like a maniac. 

I’ve been in the rehab/health and fitness industry for over 13 years.

From teaching fitness with group exercise classes, functional yoga, 1:1 personal training work, to sports injury rehab and prenatal prep.

I’ve worked with and helped moms from all walks of life with all kinds of pains, conditions and goals. 

My Biggest Passion is Helping Mamas Help Themselves

I take a holistic and scientific based approach in my coaching and training. It's all about how your mind, body [and health works from the inside out, not the other way around. 

The cool thing about science is it's every changing. Which means I'm a forever student always bringing you the most up to date info when it comes to your habits around health.

I get so much joy out of watching the moms I work with learn about their own individual mind and body.

I always meet my Mamas where they’re at, helping them build their own resilient body while falling back in love with the person staring back at them in the mirror.
